Easy Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Grilled Venison/Turkey Breast Recipe
Grilled Venison Steak / Wild Turkey Breast Recipe
Follow Directions for use of either meat
This is one of our favorite recipes and the kids love it.
1.Venison Steak (back-straps) or Wild Turkey Breast
4.Seasonings (of your choice)
~We used a combination of Caribeque Seasonings: Lemon Garlic, Pork Poultry Rub, and Island Thyme
1.First, slice venison steaks about 1/2 inch thick.
2.Next, marinate the venison overnight in Italian Dressing.
3.Then, remove venison from the marinade and season it to your liking.
4.Put a quarter sized amount of cream cheese on each piece of venison that you cut. (Add more cream cheese according to the size of the cut)
5.Wrap each piece of venison with a slice of bacon, covering the cream cheese. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place around the meat.
6.Put it on the grill and cook until medium-medium well. Be careful not to overcook it.
